For every mass shooting in the USA or terror attack in Europe, there are about 100 gang or robbery shootings in Chicago, LA County, Cleveland, Baltimore, Oakland, eastside San Jose, and other enclaves DAILY.
No I don't think guns should be banned but other measures should be taken..like fencing off cities such as Detroit or Cleveland.
Also curbing illegal immigration from south of the border, stopping White or east Asian online first person shooter addicts from attending the same schools as normal kids, and keeping rednecks with fully automatic weapons from entering places like Orange County.

Maybe this guy lost all his money gambling and went nuts? Or his Filipino young wife cheated on him?

I'm not advocating gun ban, but if incidents like this keep happening, gun ban will be a thing sooner or later imo.
So the guy is a pensioner in his 60s, is in a WMAF relationship, murders dozens of people at a country music festival. I'm trying to find the logic in this but I am failing, some people are just really fucked up I guess.

No gun ban, you would have to change the constitution. It won't happen. The killer also used an automatic weapon. Those are hard to get as they have not available to purchase since 1986. You need a special permit and FBI background check. You are looking at maybe 10K to buy an auto from a private seller.

It's quite stupid that anyone in that country can get a gun and go on a killing spree. In Europe this guy would've just hanged himself or cut his veins in his house.
