if u tell me he's scandinavian i believe u but he looks more eastern then that, to me at least...he's best fit in scandinavia is finland. he also can pass very well in belarus, russia, baltic countries and maybe polans as well.

If he is scandinavian, I would vote Sweden over Norway or Denmark. But he is't a ''typical'' Swede; just like Seya said. Not a very typical Finn even but still he someway would fit bit better to Finland. Plus in both cases (but especially with Sweden) his nose looks wide.
