Most tribes have blood quantum requirements, those requirements varying by tribe. I only posted examples of persons who are not on any tribal rolls.



Todd Palin's mother is on the tribal roll of an Indian or Eskimo tribe in Alaska.



That makes all the Palin kids part native also. But I don't think they meet the blood quantum requirements for tribal membership.
