But by not dating a type of people is kind of racist,, it sounds a lot like Darwin's Natural Selection in a way,, You tend to want to have children with the fittest and it is a survival instinct.

depends. some do it because they have a preference for a certain type in terms of being attracted others for compatibility, familiarity etc. not everyone thinks in superior races, i once heard about a case where retarded people wanted to marry only retarded people and having retarded children, i forgot what was their condition but they claimed they have a right to pass it on on their children. we read such a text a long time ago in school in english class and discussed in english what we think about it. also the fittest in darwin is not the strongest or most intelligent but the one who will surive catastrophes diseases etc. the most adaptable so probably a creature like rats.

Depends on what you base your unwillingness to date others on. I don't find other races of women unattractive, it's just that I prefer the look light-skinned mulatta women have. Like this angel, for example:

There is huge difference between being racially aware individual and being racist.

Being racially aware means that you just prefer and LOVE your own race more than others, but you respect other races too.

Being racist means that you despise and HATE some individual just because of his racial origin.
