The fact that has been posted by Albolbalboa, does not prove nothing. Let me explain why is a totally crap. The title of the study is:
The Albanian Linguistic Journey from
Ancient Illyricum to EU
"Lexical
Borrowings"
So, it`s a study exactly about the borrowing words from foreign languages in Albanian language. When you say that ninety percent (90%) of the words of a language are borrowed from other languages, this is a mathematic conclusion. The author need to tell how many words has in total this language, how many words(%)are borrowed from language A, from language B and so on. It`s the first thing, the basic, later you can continue to explain the processes how those words were borrowed. You see nothing like this? The internet is full with every kind of study, probably even about topics related to your history, language, etc you can find many studies that are contradictory to each other, i am sure about this. Not neccesary everything that shine is gold. Albanian language has borrowed words from other languages and this is not a procces exclusively of the Albanian language and also other languages has borrowed words by Albanian language, but not 90% of our lexic and we have not borrowed an entire language like you.
Now stay on topic.

Pretty clear that Albanian is the language with more loanwords in whole Europe, primarily from Latin, Greek, Gothic, Slavic, Turkish, Italian and English. I am posting an academic study whereas you're just winning about it with no evidence to disprove this claim. You need to learn and accept the reality that even your other countrymen like Abolbalboa acknowledge.
