National media is very liberal and they hate gun owners and CC permit gun owners. Successful stories of law abiding citizens stopping criminals is not something they will ever cover in any meaningful way.

So glad I live in a conceal carry state. Just last week a good boy who wouldn't do anything from Chicago walked into a cellphone store to try to rob it and a security guard that was present shot him in the head. He must of figured he was just a regular ole rent a cop with mace spray and a flashlight.

Places like Utah, Wyoming, Kentucky and Vermont have some of the loosest laws when it comes to concealed carry and have some of the lowest violent crime rates.

I wasn't going to go there but that is true. I think that it would benefit a lot of minority communities in the US to be better educated on responsible gun ownership. Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in any city and has a horrible murder rate.

I'm just saying, considering most individuals have the intelligence of a coffee table, we should restrict firearm ownership to the police and military, as well as retired cops, military vets, and their immediate family. In essence this will create a privileged class of Americans who have the know how and the ability to completely decimate the rest of the population if need be.

Absolutely nothing to do with conceal carry laws and more with demographics.

If California had the demographic make up of Vermont the crime rate would go down 200% and we could fire half our police.
