I have thought of a similar question several time... (Jews weren't subjects of my thoughts) - but my "enemies", dictators, people with "ill" values, psychopaths, mafias, etc.
And it is a very difficult question... Would world be better place without them? That's what going on...
Is world better place without Kaddáfi? - no - according to my opinion. I wouldn't kill him, he was OK for his country (it can sound cruel but I see it like that).

What I know for sure I would kill Stalin, Pol Pot and some other individuals - I can't see any positive effect of their "lives", and I would probably kill by a button some European mafia structures that keep some European nations in poverty. That's enough for now.
