If someone is born on European soil they are technically a European. In South Africa there are white people born in Africa and they are still Africans,, just because they are white does not mean they are Africans the only place they have ever been and know of.

American way of thinking I guess. White South Africans are Afrikaners or Boers. Negroes or Arabs born in Europe are not Europeans, just as Gypsies and Jews are not either.
