From the Iranians I have met, none look remotely European. not even Italian (who are some of the darkest Europeans), not only because of facial structure/Features, and also because they are on average noticeable darker than even the darkest Europeans.

Lets wait here to see all Ireanians arguing to death how they are closer to South Europeans or Balkans, just becasue they want to be associate with the "whiter" group of the comparison and upgrade their status/feel better about themselves, after all its a racial forum..

Zayn Malik is half Punjabi Muslim Jat from Pakistan and of Irish and Welsh origin. Plus, I believe when you mix NW South Asian and Nothern European it sometimes creates a persuado Southern European/Middle Eastern look that Zayn, me and Mickey Singh have like many other Punjabis.
