Society operates well today because 99.999+% of the people in a western nation were trained as they grew up to believe that using force upon another human is almost always wrong, and that the use of force is almost exclusively the prerogative of the state for dealing with those who violate commonly agreed upon rules of social interaction as codified in the law. life experience has taught them that this is the most correct operative paradigm, and that violating it complicates their life.
