Istanbul has a considerable Ghegian population too numbering in hundreds of thousands, they actually good at selling their 10% blondism to Anadolids and Kurds 5% blondism also present among the Oghuz Turkic element too, mixed with Turano-Pamirid features. No big deal.

So black hair is almost as common as dark brown? I find that hard to believe.

It is pretty fucking common to the point where one could consider it a typical Gheg characteristic, my siblings, father etc all have jet black hair, same with many Ghegs I see here, dinaric followed by alpine features are most common. Typical nose is narrow , leptorrhine, elongated or prominent aka the Gheg nose, hawk like nose. FOLLOwed by more upper paleolithic features.
To Albanians here its just a Turkish look LOL

Even their worst warrior is one of the strongest and bravest on the battle-field, just as if he was a knight on the legendary horse. But he has no horse, nor proper weapons for battle. Instead of the horse, he has a lance which strikes as lightning, he has spears who's points are full of posion as the sting of hornets, he has also a wooden bow with some arrows. Furthermore, he is stronger than iron ...
