To me he looks mixed Nordic+English in terms of phenotype.

Is it obligatory for Norwegian people to have accentuated light pigmentation? As far as it is concerned Norwegians are not the "lightest" among other Scandinavians.

As for Peterson... although he has dark hair and hazel eyes, general appearance impression is North-European to me, he doesn't look like Italian, Iberian etc. His hair (cineritious, not black or dark brown) pigmentation fits in Scandinavian spectre.

Norwegians are the darkest of the scandos i think,but still nordic mostly though.
