Future African immigration to Europe thanks to a more-free Africa

What happens when Africa has 3-5x it's current population and floods Europe with tens of millions of immigrants every year?

If there are already millions who want to come in, which there clearly are based on Italy's refugee logs alone....... and Europe already cannot cope with those numbers even with the help of various African dictators, then what will happen when there is a more free and open Africa?

Gaddafi is/was a loose cannon but I do think he was largely telling the truth. His kind are on the way out and African black (black and Arab Africans) populations are going to explode and are already. What will Europe's dwindling population do with this reality being on their southern shores which in the future won't have dictators willing to stop their people with machine guns from going to Europe as its clear Africa is going to stay a living hell for the foreseeable future opportunity-wise.
