Paloumpa as far as I’m concerned is not an Arvanite village, although at one point it could have been. The name is shared with the village in Epirus “Palampas” which is inhabited by Orthodox Albanian speakers.

Plapoutas was an Arvanite from Paloumba, and his parents were from Epirus. I heard more about it being Arvanite town also, but can’t recall at the moment.

Kotzias May be claimed as an Arvanite, I’m sure. But I think the root may be Turkish, not Albanian. Anyways, there are many surnames in Greece with Albanian or Turkish etymology , but they are not necessarily of foreign-origin. It’s like Greek names in the Balkans.

His father was from Soulima, a cluster of Arvanite villages in Messinia. Paloumpa during the time of the Revolution was Greek speaking, but probably had an Arvanite component earlier on.
