We don't because the census don't count race/ethnicity.
The number of non-ethnic Portuguese plus the "official" immigrants may account for around 1 million, that is 10%.

Yes of course, and that is not counting illegals either. But it gives an idea.

Not so strange, Bifes, english, german etc.. But yes Algarve after Lisbon, Setubal, its under siege, Porto then etc... a disgrace.
