Here is my Sursill-tree. Sursills (old Swedish, meaning sour herring, stinking material) were a Swedish family who moved to Finland. A Finnish priest in the 18 century gathered together thousands names into a familytree. This is an expanded version covering my sursill ancestors and my immediate connections with them. Finland-Swede and other Finns being still here can find common ancestors.

So this is only a fraction of my ancestry tree, made by Sursill authors.

I cropped to my grandparents.

I haven’t got the Sursill family tree sorted, but I guess there could be one since 203 of my dna-cousins claim Sursill as one of their ancestors. (Sursill-Strang connection I guess).
Sursill is a huge family and it looks like everybody’s grandmother and their dog has been dna tested in Ostrobothnia. Also, such a wealth of data on family trees.
Wish the same applied for Karelians and Saami. I have only got pieces of the jigsaw puzzle together, but not the whole picture.

P.S. I will not reveal myself, but Lemmi, we are distant cousins.
