Texas has a lot of the New Orleans public housing blacks. They all moved to the Houston area and it's surrounding areas. This has created all sorts of chaos. These were like the worst of the worst New Orleans degenerate blacks who relied 100% on welfare and sold drugs out the kitchen windows.

^I encountered some of them up close and in-person from my stint working for the U.S. Census Bureau. Let's just say it wasn't pretty. In fact, they wouldn't even let us go to these places alone. This one (as far as I could tell) decent black man who worked in my group wouldn't let us split up. He didn't try to be politically correct at the expense of our safety and I respected him for that.

I remember seeing a recent study that suggests that the "bad seed" theory might actually be true-- i.e. that parents might carry a gene that produces a child who is sociopathic because of a 0 where there should be a 1 in the DNA causing a lack of empathy. I, however, believe that this can still be overcome by proper childrearing if the parents are attentive enough to notice their child is, say, capturing small animals and torturing them to death, or is has an early interest in destructive behaviour or violent pornography and strange sexual perversions. It doesn't take much to spot a child who is going to become a severely destructive adult and to stop that from happening.
I, however, am not entirely sold on the "bad seed" theory, for much the same reason I don't believe that sodomy is a "natural inclination" that one is "born with". These theories serve only to alleviate responsibility from parents who are selfish, inattentive, or otherwise fail at their purpose as exemplars and disciplinarians, and as a result produce children who contribute nothing to society and often are amplified reflections of the parents' own bad qualities. I am sure that genetics plays into it, but I believe more strongly that a good parent will produce a good child and a bad parent will produce failure.

Mexicans are replacing blacks as much as whites in those states. Obviously it was not another black girl. The speculation at VNN and S-F is the girl is Mexican because her mother is named Maria and that is primarily a Mexican name in the Southwest.
There was similar case in California in 2009 where the gang rape of a white teen, by Hispanics, was recorded by the participants and bystanders.
As for the recording, I think it just emphasises the level of moral decay we've experienced in our society because of libertine attitudes towards sex. I hope that this serves as a lesson to certain members of this forum who hold such views as to exactly where "free love" has taken our entire society, and why sexual norms and sexual morality existed in the first place. The only thing that could make these crimes worse than they are is that we learn nothing from them about ourselves.
We see here that the same attitude towards sex is the attitude towards violence expressed in Fahrenheit 451. It doesn't take a psychoanalyst to see why, either. We have, through our encouragement of sexual promiscuity and discouragement of self-control, our acceptance of perversions and sexual deviants (like prostitutes and sodomites), failed to impart successive generations with a proper attitude towards sex and sexuality, and have therefore completely desensitised them to it-- in much the way we have desensitised ourselves to violence. The source of this moral decay can be placed squarely on two sources: amoral leftists from and the invention of the television. Eliminate one, the other, or both, and I would say with absolute certainty that these sorts of crimes would vanish from our society within a generation.
I actually recently had a discussion with my fiancée (who I should add scoffed at the notion) in which I argued that the superior intelligence of Europeans makes them less likely to commit crimes of this nature, and produces more white-skinned serial killers who are creative in their methods and more disturbing in their drives than the more simplistic and animalistic Negro.
Of course, the argument can be made that there have been black serial killers, but I think it would be interesting to see just how much these cases share with cases of white serial killers like Jeffrey Dahmer, David Berkowitz, Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, Zodiac, John Wayne Gacy, etc. I would be willing to hypothesise that in the case of the Euro-American serial killers, the methods, motives, modus operendi, etc. will be considerably more creative and disturbing and less attributable to mere animalistic killing.
That is, of course, the other, less talked-about side of European superiority. We become the apex predator, and the scariest monster that a man can become, because the scariest monsters are always the most intelligent. I would not say that this is something to be proud of, but probably true nonetheless.
^ I agree with basically all your post, but feel I must correct you on one detail no matter how non-trivial it really is. Last year I spent a great deal of time studying the psychology of serial killers, and always found Jeff Dahmer to be an interesting case. Anyway, Jeff didn't actually torture the animals but found road kill, and proceeded afterward to cut open the bodies because of curiosity.
It is now reported that the 11 year old girl was Hispanic. Lots of racial tensions in the town now.
