The entire package, but a pretty face is of utmost importance. People can improve or neglect their body, but a pretty face is pretty no matter what. But if I have a choice, I like butts specifically because it tells me the overall physique for the rest of the body. Objectively we descend from 4 legged animals where the males were looking at the hindquarters of their mates. Bottoms are key to many ape species (baboons for example) even though they may not be quadrupeds, it could be a retained trait, or it could be a part of being apes.
Also, butt are more indicative of overall attractiveness - hips, legs, lowerback, it's all part of the "butt", not just the literal glutes. Boobs are nice but staring at the "butt" is really admiring the whole lower half.
