A good excersie for the nasality is too fill up your lungs all you can, then say sounds like huuh, ooh, kinda like the Santa laugh, as you exhale. Push with your diaphragm and try to block the air rusing your nose as you make those noises. Don't do it too much at once though, it'll make you dizzy.
