I think the ones with the old stop and go dinosaurs are scarier.

Not exactly a film but I loved Walking with Dinosaurs.

They are making an updated HD version to be released in 2012.

I think the realism of the Jurassic Park dinos is still unmatched. The BBC documentaries, despiting being made like 15 years later and with improved technology looked more fake and the creatures less integrated in the background.

Its a shame the JP sequels were so cheesy, specially the 3rd.
