I suppose I have some ancestors from the balkans and from spain? or it's just similarity?

Looks like typical results from Po valley. Most North Italians get Iberian after North Italian(based on Bergamo) and Tuscan.

Yes ofc. Northern Italians and Iberians are quite close genetically it most likely doesn’t mean you have any Iberian ancestry.
