I had a good upbringing among real, working class people. But later, when I travelled, I started to encounter a breed of person I came to call frogfaces. They speak with posh accents, went to nice schools, and invariably have better jobs. And their faces really do, quite honestly, resemble frogs: shape of nose, mouth, eyes, etc. Before this I used to think that the standard English term to refer to the French, namely "frogs", was just based on the sound of the word. But I'm really not so sure now. The ruling class of England are descended from the French, and they really do look like frogs.
