He is not alpine. His head is too narrow for that. Now he's got broad cheeks and jawline - Maybe they would artificially give the illusion that he's an alpine. But the thing is, your skull or head determines your phenotype overall, not your facial features.

If he is alpine, then I guess every northern Indian, Middle Eastern and western European is one. Lol.
His head shape is very standard among European Caucasoids. Many Atlantids and Meds have it. But we don't call them alpines.
The only 'deviating' features he has are his broad jaws and cheekbones. They're a common characteristic among northern Indians or 'mountain Indians'. And they're not an alpine trait.
