Which Latin American countries have the most well adjusted "black" populations?

By "well-adjusted", I mean more likely to be middle class, educated, and worldly minded.

I meant to retitle it as to which ONE country has the most well adjusted "black"(pred. SSA) population.

Is it Brazil, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Uruguay, etc.?

I believe Cuba and Uruguay historically had the most intellectual black minorities in terms of education.

Brazil, Dominican Republic, and Panama seem to have the most middle class blacks in Latin America, despite the average one being poor. Unfortunately, Brazil and the DR in particular have had poor education systems for a long time so they don't rank high in that criteria.
