Quick question... sorry if this sounds rather dumb, but I was always under the impression that pontid was east med. Is this right, or are pontids and east meds two different categories?

Pontid are an Eastern European Med, East Med are Greek/Turkish Med. They are very different.

Oh okay. I guess I assumed they were the same because when I was classified, I was told I was strongly pontid likely from the greek side hence why I assumed they were the same.

Pontid are tall, light skintone, has often light eye and has this Eastern European looks. Pontid looks pretty much like an Eastern version of Atlantid.

Actuallyyyy.. Pontids are common in parts of Turkey and Greece, and are a subtype of East Med. Not some "Slavic Med".
