She looks like a Miami Cuban, or a predominantly Spanish Mexican. A lot of people perceive her as Hispanic and are surprised to find out she is Greek.
As for classification, some kind of dark Gracile Med with an Alpine element, but her look is at the same time very New World to me. I can't explain it.
