In the contemporary world probably Russia.

This question can be approached in a variety of ways (past or present).

Total amount of Jews, their culture and how much is left, how much power they have in politics, money, lobbying, genetics, and Christianity itself can be argued to have some Jewish influence.

Historically Poland and the Russian Empire (includes many countries today) would have had significant amounts of Askhenazi Jews (varying through centuries).

Russians had conflict with Khazars (how much of them were converted to Judaism dont know), and Khazar empire fell.
The Russians didnt absorb large masses until their empire expanded centuries later. There are old census/surveys which show the numbers.
Poland let in Jews in some numbers 1200-1400ad. Before WW2 they had around 3 million.

Today id say directly Russia or Ukraine has the most Jewish influence (you can check the billionares list).

Population wise (depends how you count it) today:

Russia has a religious Jews pop of ~200,000 with an enlarged size of ~500,000 (some say higher)
Ukraine has religious Jews pop of ~65,000 with an enlarged size of ~400,000 (some say lower)
Poland has religious Jews pop of ~10,000 with an enlarged size of ~100,000 (some say lower)
