All slavs are slavs. We all have slavic culture and language. Genetics is irrelevant when talking about if someone is slavic or not. Baltic people are closer to proto slavs then us south slavs. Does that make them more slavic? Of course not.

For most of Russians I2a1b2a1 is paleo-Balkanic.
Presence of I2a1b2a1 in eastern Europe Russians explain as ancient migrations from the Balkans towards the east Europe.
I have seen claim of one guy who is I2a1b2a1 on one Russian forum that his paternal ancestor was a Thracian which escaped from the Balkans to Belarus at the time of Roman conquest of Thracian lands. Thast guy is from Belarus.

Rusija is a Latin origin name and not the native Lithuanian name for Russia.

Croatians are genetically at least half slavic autosomally (Ive seen a dalmation sample that is around 70% slavic), same for bosnians and slovenians, serbians probablly 40% and bugarians/macedonians 30%. How can they not be considered slavic they have a massive amount of their ancestry from the original slavs should they deny this? Also who is the most slavic genetically? its a question I used to ask myself often but it is difficult to answer. If we consider poles and ukrainians to be full slavs I my self am only around 60% slavic. should I deny this part of me though because Im not a pure slav? Balkan people may be crazy but they are part of the slavic family.

Slavic is only linguistic. So a real Slav is someone who speaks a language that's part of the Slavic branch. But even then, Slav isn't something you should identify as. For example, you don't see Brits identifying as Germanics.
