Quite easily, yes. Only eye region looks a bit atypical to me for Ashkenazi Jew. She's not the most typical Ashkenazi Jew, but still passes completely fine.

She passes as Ashkenazi but in her case this doesn't mean she's less Euro looking - she can pass in most of Europe, too.

+1, and a good number of Ashkenazi Jews pass only as European. Of course, there are others who pass mainly (or only) as West Asian, and some that don't really pass as fully either.
