Spanish = Mexican in the US. But the idea of Spanish people being dark in general comes from them living in the sunniest region of Europe and usually being tanned year round which gives off the perception of them being super dark. If someone is constantly around people with tans, they're going to call them dark. I've been around enough untanned Spaniards to know they're just white without tans though lol. It's nothing to be ashamed of, every one likes to tan. Turn on a Swedish reality show like Paradise Hotel and you'll find all the guys are brown rather than pink lmao.

Yep, they are. Just commented that the same the East Coast has diferent Latinos, the minority Mexicans there look diferent from the ones in the Southwest.

I was in a webcam chatroom and there was a mullato and he said he is not "black" but "spanish".

Well maybe she mistakes Spanish for Puerto Rican, but maybe she says that because spanish are darker then her. She is natural redhead and most spaniards are brunnettes. I see where Heathers is coming from.

In Simpsons Spaniards are always darker Italians too (like fat tony and his gang) darker then white americans (the simpsons, flenders etc.)

Is he really untanned in the other photos? Idunno he still looks light tanned there. Or just has make up on.

European peoples have stages of tanning. The golden/beige hue like in the second pictures, which is more of a light tan, and then the bronze/orange/tan stage which is the result of heavy tanning lol.

If you go to an Italian beach, you'll probably see a lot of guys as dark as this



But without those tans, they're pretty pale, same guy.
