Not the total at all.
He has a strong browridge, impressive bizygomatic breadth and well-developed jaw. Being shorter-headed might be due to natural variation or Borreby admixture.
His clothing style on some photos is probably what really pisses you off but be objective - there's no way a blond and light-eyed person with this bone structure can be called a pure Dinarid. I don't think this nose is operated, by the way.
