I bet she could have been good looking, but she looks like a user. The type of "damage" to her face are typical of the crackheads I used to see in North End Halifax.

Tracey is quite famous here, and I can't find any mention of her doing drugs. I think with her it's probably just unfortunate genes.

Yeah, I've looked at the pics in your link. I can see the similarity. Meth is crap.

My sister also told me how meth ruins people back in South Africa.

I didn't know meth was popular in South Africa. And yeah, I've seen meth ruin some lives too. The problem where I am from is mainly heroin and other similar drugs like oxycontin and dilaudid. Usually have the same effect on looks.

Anyways, I can spot a user from miles away and this girl looks like one. Maybe she's quiet about it.

I'd agree.

When I see Tracey Emin I don't think "naturally ugly". I see poor lifestyle choices. I'm leaning towards drugs, but I guess there could be other causes.

Also, I think she *could* be decent looking, but she is choosing the wrong clothes and the wrong haircut for her face shape and body type.
