Mediterraneans in general seem very warm and friendly, and lively.

Personality is... Personal. But as for stereotypes, well, I have been to Denmark and the people is very friendly and lively there. Nothing like erm... Those below them.

People say that Italians speak loud, are very warm and dramatic. They fight, then cry and hu each other.

This is, not free from ethnocultural and social influences, how Earnest A. Hooten saw it, if it was about sexual crimes:

Take it with a pinch of salt, but nice comic

Southern Europeans are loud and have "in your face" personalities.

Northern Europeans are cold, boring, lack sense of humour and won't move a finger if you're dying near them.

Exception to the rule: the Danish.
