I seriously doubt the R1b Y-DNA carriers who spread it to Europe were mostly Nordid...

Aren't haplogroups junk genes, which supposedly have no function? If so then it won't affect appearance and it wouldn't be possible to connect it to race. Although there wouldn't be much of a possibility of seeing a Nordid with the O haplogroup as the people with the O haplogroup have other tendencies (Asiatics) and even then O is quite rare in Europe. However, a Nordid could be R1b, R1a, I2a and etc because the people that have these haplogroups also are mostly European and therefore likely to have genes that would give a Nordid look. I doubt haplogroups determine looks and that they can be connected to racial phenotypes.

One can also see that R1b while pretty common in the British isles and especially in Ireland I believe, is also quite usual in most of Western and South-Western Europe. No need to say that the Irish and Spanish are different looking. The same could be said about Albanians and South-Slavs, not that very similar genetically although they look similar, both being mostly Dinarid with additional influences.

Also these haplogroups are probably much older than the phenotypes.

Well, we don't know for sure, some SNP's which are used for the distinction of haplotypes might have a phenotypical relevance, actually various newer studies point that out.

Also, if the original carriers were mostly of a racial formation, this can be used as signal for them, even if there is no direct correlation, but only an indirect one.

Most Nordids I have known have been sort of awkward with women

Med types are strange and can be sexually intrusive.
Atlantid types smell of fish and like to spend time alone with me.
Borrebys are just odd looking and don't really enter society in a functioning manner.
KNs are sublime in every way. I';d even go some way as to mention that they are sculpted upon the face of God himself.

Nordids are not made for scoring by charm, but by being straightforward, achievers, know the rules and being dominant in them.

A chaotic social environment without known and strict rules, without things which they are and represent being valued, make them sick - probably most will do it and have finally their social success, but it is not good for them.

And many of those which use "charm" of the primitive sort today, would have horribly failed in most older societies, in which such a superficial and cheeky approach would have met, especially if they approached women of a clan and group, most of the time a rather stiff and probably even violent resistance.

Like it is good custom among many people other than Westerners to this day.

A herder-warrior would have always have to deal with the other clan and patriarch as well, impressing the woman with achievements and by what he's standing for, not being a charming boy in a bar alone...

Also, the more mature-progressive variants mature slower, so one has to consider that as well - of course, if living in an environment in which there are others maturing earlier, and the age difference is not that big between the sexual partners, this again is a burden for the typical Nordid.
