He has a Hungarian last name, but he's ethnic Romanian. I think he's pure Turanid.

Eyes: brown
Constitution: short stocky
CI: ultra-brachicephalic
Skin: pale yellow/brown

A recent "steppes type", you mean. Ancient ones looked like this:

In my oppinion, he's Mongoloid mixed with Alpine and Uralic (he has concave nose). This type is quite common among Szekelers (isolated Hungarian group living in the middle of Romania), far less so among Hungarians from Pannonian mainland, where Slavic/German admixture has diluted ancient Hungarian typology near dissapearance.
