He looks half Asian half Caucasoid to me but that is what Kazakhs look, I just don't see Sicilian in him specifically. Sicilians have a distinctive look also.

Just my own opinion. As a Kazakh you probably notice more the differences in your own people. Like how all Black people essentially look the same to me. It's just because we can tell differences better in our own races.
