Default Countries dark for their latitude vs countries light for their latitude.

    My take:

    Dark:
    1.Moldova
    2.Romania
    3.Wales
    4.Belgium
5.Russia (only b/c its so far North... On second thought, that's kinda the point LOL)
    6.Serbia

Scotland and Ireland in Hair color

    Light:
    1.Slovenia
    2.Germany
    3.Switzerland
    3.Bosnia

    Approximate center of population:

Fun fact: Moldova is equal in latitude to North Switzerland, Austria and Southern Germany, yet it is MUCH darker.

The unmistakable difference, like Spain and Denmark.

I'm pretty sure that dalmatia is darker than Bosnia.

Germany is not light but dark for its latitude and is becoming more so due to its politics of inviting half of the Middle East there.
The Welsh being dark people is nothing but a stupid myth even if they are slightly more brunette/brown-haired than their neighbours.
Moldova isn't dark for its latitude, nor is Switzerland or Bosnia and Herzegovina light for it - all of these are pretty normal.

Welsh being dark is a myth, other than hair color (still not that big of a difference) they're no different from the rest of that region. On the other hand, Slovenes certainly stand out the most for being light for their altitude.
