Big part of Askhenazi Jews are Norids especially those in USA and Europe, but mostly, they are Europid-Armenoid mixes.
In Ukraine and Balkan, Atlanto-Mediterranids are found.

2/3 Mediterranid types (that converted to Judaism) 1/3 Armenoid types

Is Pontid a common phenotype among Eastern European jews outside these Crimean Karaites? I know some jews of Russian/Polish ancestry and they're all Pontids

Yes, as i said, they mix with local European populations, maybe they are Atlanto-Meds like some living in Ukraine and in Balkans ?

Personal experience- not true.
Sephardic Jews in my family are sometimes heavily CM (5'8-5'9 women with strong cheeks and Jaws) and or Alpine. Some are blonde and can pass well into Western Europe. Stop generalizing. My maternal family and I also have Perfect upturned noses that 90% of people would be jealous of. Hate when people say you are SJ so you are either Mediterranean or Armenoid.
