Culture Capital Hosts Month of Nordic Fashion
Fashion is up next on the program for Tallinn's year as European Capital of Culture, with Nordic Look - a month of Nordic design events - starting on May 2.
"Nordic Look greatly exemplifies how the Nordics and Estonia have found a common spirit in the last 20 years. Nordic Look will also create a fertile ground for our united sustainable, progressive-minded and playful future," said Berth Sundström, the Estonian representative to the Nordic Council of Ministers, an event organizer.
Seminars and exhibits are open daily from 10:00 to 19:00 until May 29 to all fashion and design enthusiasts at the Hopner house at the town hall square in Tallinn's Old Town.
Participating Nordic companies include jewelry and clothes brands A&C, Camilla Wellton, Christina Ledang, De Sade by Mads, Helicopter, IVANAhelsinki, KAKSITVÅ, Katvig, Lotta Djossou, NOIR, Revery, Sonja Bent, Tiia Vanhatapio, and titiMadam.
