I don't want to go into this discussion now at the time i made this post you quoted there was still alot of misinformation
and trolling when it comes to Slavic influence in Greeks so my previous post here was more in retaliation to some trolls back then.

Certainly the Orthodox South Slavs are close kin of Greeks with the exception of Fyroms who i can not truly regard as kin
despite them being genetically close to Greece but what is clear is that South Slavs have higher proto Slavic input than Greeks

Maybe you did not observe the whole chart, Greeks are genetically closest to Italians. If southern Slavic groups were on here, they would be close to them second.
