I’ve never been able to trust anti-israel news. Mainly because it’s extremely preachy and it’s in English. I always felt fine not caring about Israel/Palestine politics. I’m not middle eastern so who gives a shit what I think anyways? I don’t hate Palestinians I just find Israel haters annoying and preachy. I don’t feel like I can understand this unless I know Hebrew. I got interested in Hebrew because I like Jewish comedians and I’m 1% Jewish. So naturally I’m thinking more about politics. I’m not starting to hate Arabs more since getting into Hebrew. I’m actually finding them more interesting. I used to find middle eastern culture boring and somewhat annoying.

Nah. I’m learning Hebrew because it’s a Jewish language. Israelis speak Hebrew, so that makes me seem obsessed with Israel.

Also it is funny that you equate Arab culture with Middle Eastern culture. So for example Persian culture is not Middle Eastern? It is definitely not Arab.
