How common is dark hair among Germans?

Out of all the Germans I've encountered, and I've encountered a lot, I'd say the majority had medium blonde to medium brown hair with a rarer light blonde or dark brown minority.

This is one of the few I've encountered with what I consider dark brown/black hair. He also had very striking blue eyes, pictures don't do him justice

Not Jewish. I thought he was French when I first saw him, I've met lots of French men with dark hair and features like that.

From what I' ve seen, in Germany there is a prevalence of brown hair. Probably medium brown.
