How do you explain that these Serbian surnames up are almost identical as names of ancient Illyrian tribes, and holders of that surnames are from same region as ancient Illyrians tribes? Deretići-Deretini, Deura-Deuri.

Serbs are not 100% slavic , they are majority slavic but they still got paleo Balkanic blood.

Whilst Albanians shouldn't claim all of the Illyrian tribes, we are still the only ones who most probably stem from them. As far as we are concerned we can claim our ancestors. You may have some Illyrian admixture but you speak a Slavic language and have a Slavic identity/culture, Albanian on the other hand don't.

Maybe it should look like that, or not. I'm not an expert. I give some opinions.
