I am quitting smoking for good!

Been a smoker since 16 and starting from tomorrow I will be quitting the dirty habit for good!
I am going to compensate by doing exercise and getting buff.

Good luck. I have been quit for 3 days now. It is tough by day 5 I had a voice in my head saying 1 will not hurt. In my previous attempt this voice was my downfall. Don't listen to it.

My best wishes. I quit smoking like over 3 months ago. I've been getting the urges to pick up the habit again recently but I have managed to keep my hands out of cigs so far. You know what they say? "It's easy to quit smoking, I've done it a hundred times", and smokers know that much is true. I think the best way to avoid a relapse is snack-binging. It works for me at least.

I heard that you can get herbal cigs which are basically cigs but without nicotine but they taste like shit.
