Depend on person to person... Can say medium if watch all together, but can find people with light skin and olive skin and also different undertone.
Mine is light with yellow undertone, like ivory.

I'd say medium, true Balkanoids (Albanians+Yugos) aren't as light as Northern+North-Central-Europeans but lighter than the truly mediterrean people such as Greeks, Spaniards and etc. Coon also said that about the Albanians and for the Yugos except for the Serbs from Serbia proper that seemingly had a stronger med tendency.

Different from person to person shouldn't be an option as we're talking about the most common skin tone meaning that there's going to be one skin tone that is more common than another among these people with of course someone who don't meet the mean skin colour. It's natural that not everyone are of the same skin colour in the Balkans however some nuances are more represented than others.

Balkanians well some I've seen when visiting countries like Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia have more of a medium or sallow skin on average.

Pretty varied. There is no consistent example as Balkanoids have skin color varying from the lightest sort to darkest sort.

It depends on the person. There are some quite dark skinned individuals and some extremely pale people. I am quite pale, but then again, I am only half Balkanoid.
