    Fluently: Spanish (native) and English.

Some: Italian and Portuguese - I can somehow understand when I read or hear the language, but I can't really speak or write without making up 50% of the words or mixing them with spanish.

Japanese is a fair bit easier to speak than most Chinese dialects are (as well as Vietnamese) as it has no tones. No matter how you combine their kana alphabets, it's always pronounced the same. If you take "ka", "ta", and "na" for example, even if you arrange them as katana, nakata, takana, they're always going to be the same, by that I mean ka will always be pronounced one singular way. This is the opposite in Chinese where something like "ma" can be said in multiple different ways and mean multiple different things depending on context and how you say it.

The written system on the other hand is much more complex. Japanese as a whole (orthography, spoken) is classed with Hungarian, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc in the hardest groups of languages to grasp basic fluency in.
