Of course they are closer to Scandinavians, since both groups are Europeans, and Indians are not Europeans.

In terms of looks all of Europeans are closer to each other, than any of European groups is to Non-Europeans.

I am indian i think that they look closer to scandanavian but based on my observation many half north west european and half indian end up looking italian.
