At present, haplogroups are useless at determinating appearance. I don't think, that people in Balkans are so blonde thanks to I haplogroup .

south Jutland is the blondest area of Denmark; I made a mistaken so I wrote
Europe in stead of Denmark. But Denmark is a country which contains much
more fair haired men than Germany and England do.
