Default Portuguese v. Spanish gendarmes: state main phenotypes and compare them

State main phenotypes, compare them and state which uniforms you do prefer (just out of curiosity because I think the Spanish ones are really ugly - but maybe it's just me).

GNR - GUARDA NACIONAL REPUBLICANA (PORTUGAL)

    GUARDIA CIVIL (SPAIN)

These are cherry picked images, spaniards are whiter than portugese or any other south european nation, every genetic map shows this.

Portugese, italians, greeks are more southern shifted than spaniards:

This is not about GENETICS, it's about phenotypes. Thanks.
I don't pick cherries, by the way.

i think it is curious how portugal can have more north african and yet have finer featured individuals than spain, which has less north african genetically.

do you have a theory for that?

The theory is that these DNA tests that people share online are bullshit. It suffices that more people who have more NA in them take the test and share it. I don't care about these tests at all that people are always sharing and bringing into discussion.
But as you see, the difference in the plots is minimal, so even more prone to bias.

In this set of pictures the Portuguese look lighter, mostly Atlanto-meds, Atlantids and some Alpinization.

Lol genotype and phenotype are not the same thing. An Ashkenazi Jew who plot with the Maltese or Sicilians can look more Northern European than a Brit. When comparing phenotypes, genetics should be put aside.

That's true as well. But I really don't care about these maps. If only the difference between PT and ES was significant. But they're basically overlapping.

It's a small change and not enough to change phenotype. Also, phenotype and coloring isn't defined by these genetic runs. Most likely everyone on this pic has the same genetic results:
