West Asian / Caucasian athnicities, like Georgians, Chechnyans, Pashtuns. Also Levantines: Assyrians, Lebanese etc. The worst: people from Tropical Africa like people from Congo. And Japanese. Some of them don't grow any facial hair whatsoever. Or if they do .. it happens when they are like 30 years old.

Dunno about Russians, since I haven't met them yet. But Ukrainians and Poles seem to lack beard, except Poles often have strong mustache LOOOOL

Strongest: West Asians and Mediterraneans.
More specifically: Arabs, Assyrians, Semites, Persians etc., then Greeks, Italians, Spaniards and Southern Europeans.

The further away (genetically) from this area the weaker beard (roughly).

Weakest: East Asians, Amerindians.

Intermediate and probably most diverse: Northern and Eastern Europeans as they are genetically between West Asians (hairy) and mesolithic hunters gatherers (less hairy).

The least hairy in Europe probably Finns, Balts and Northern Slavs who have the highest admixture from mesolithic hunters gatherers of Europe.
